1 Content of the website
The author assumes no liability of any kind for the correctness, accuracy, completeness, or quality of the supplied information. Liability claims against the author based on damages of a material or intellectual nature caused by using or the failure to use the presented information and/or by using erroneous or incomplete information are categorically rejected, provided the author did not demonstrably act with intent or gross negligence. The author expressly reserves the right to modify, amend, delete parts of pages or the entire website without prior announcement, or to temporarily or permanently discontinue its publication.
2 References and links
For direct or indirect references to third-party websites (“Hyperlinks”) outside of the authors scope of control, a liability obligation would exclusively apply in the event the author has knowledge of contents and is technically able, and can be reasonably expected, to prevent the use of illegal content. The author hereby expressly declares that no illegal contents were identifiable on the linked pages at the time the link was inserted. The author has no influence of any kind over the current and future design, the contents, or the copyright status of linked pages. The author therefore expressly distances itself from all contents of all linked pages modified after the link was inserted. This statement applies for all links and references inserted into the company’s own website, and for third-party entries in guest books, discussion forums, link references, mailing lists arranged by the author and in all other forms of databases, where the contents of the latter are accessible by external write commands. Only the provider of the page to which reference was made – and not the party who merely references to a particular publication with links – is liable for illegal, erroneous, or incomplete contents, and in particular for damages resulting from using or the failure to use such supplied information.
3 Copyrights and trademarks
In all publications, the author strives to observe the copyrights of the employed images, graphics, audio documents, video sequences, and texts and strives to use images, graphics, audio documents, video sequences, and texts created by the author itself, or to rely on royalty-free graphics, audio documents, video sequences, and texts. All marks and trademarks identified in the website and that may be protected by third parties are without limitation governed by the provisions of the respectively applicable trademark law and the ownership rights of the relevant registered owner. The mere mentioning of trademarks does not allow the conclusion that trademarks are not protected by third-party rights! The copyright for published objects created by the author itself remains solely with the author of the pages. Duplicating or using such graphics, audio documents, video sequences, and text in other electronic or printed publications is prohibited without the author’s express consent.
4 Data protection
We place the utmost priority on protecting personal data (collection, processing, and use) we obtain as a result of visits and use of our website presentation. We protect all this data under the scope of the statutory regulations. The significant basis for this are the European General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz – BDSG [Federal Data Protection Act].
Our website provides the option to transmit personal data to us, in which case “personal data” refers to all information that can be used to reveal the identity of website users. It therefore includes information about the name, address, mailing address, telephone numbers, and the email address. At the same time, visiting the website is possible without actively transmitting personal data.
We limit collecting, processing, and using personal data to the minimum required to solicit and/or process contractual relationships with our visitors, or needed to render requested services.
Data are categorically not forwarded to third parties without express consent. In conjunction with access to our pages, we store data for backup purposes that may permit identification (for example IP address, date, time, and viewed pages). However, this data is not subject to personalized commercialization. We do reserve the right to perform statistical analysis on anonymized data records.
4.1 Server log files
The provider of the website automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which the relevant browser automatically transmits to us. These are: •browser type/ browser version •used operating system •referrer URL •host name of the downloading computer •timestamp of the server request
These data cannot be mapped to specific persons. These data are not compiled together with other data sources. We reserve the right to retroactively check these data if we become aware of specific indications for illegal uses.
These webpages in certain cases use so-called cookies. Cookies do not cause damage on computers of visitors and contain no viruses. Cookies are used to help us to make our website more user-friendly, more effective, and more secure. Cookies are small text files stored on visitors’ computers and that are stored by the relevant browser.
Most of the cookies we use are so-called session cookies. They are automatically deleted at the end of the visit. Other cookies remain stored on end user devices until these are deleted. These cookies allow us to recognize the browser of visitors on their next visit.
Browsers can be adjusted such that users of websites are informed about the insertion of cookies and can allow cookies only on a case-by-case basis. They can further deny accepting cookies for certain cases or also generally, and enable automatically deleting cookies when the browser is closed. The functionality of this website may be restricted when cookies are disabled.
4.3 Contact form
When our contact form is used, the information provided therein including the indicated contact data are stored by us for the purpose of processing the inquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not forward these data without consent. Personal data are encrypted by an SSL certificate and transmitted to us.
4.4. Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses so-called cookies, text files stored on your computer that permit an analysis of your use of the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website is generally transmitted to a server of Google in the USA and stored there. In the event IP anonymization is enabled on this website, your IP address will be truncated within the domain of Member States of the European Union or other parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases will the whole IP address be first transferred to a Google server in the USA and truncated there. Google will use this information on behalf of the operator of this website for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, for compiling reports on website activity for website operators and for rendering to them other services relating to website activity and internet usage. The IP address your browser transmits within the scope of Google Analytics will not be associated with any other data held by Google. You may refuse the storage of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser, however please note that by doing so you may not be able to make full use of the functionality of this website. You can also prevent the collection of the data generated by the cookie and the data associated with your use of the website (incl. your IP address) to Google, along with the processing of this data by Google by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the following link (http://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=de).
4.5 Data protection declaration for the use of Facebook plug-ins (Like button)
Plug-ins from the social network Facebook (provider: Facebook Inc., 1 Hacker Way, Menlo Park, California 94025, USA) are integrated into the pages. The plug-ins can be recognized by the Facebook logo and by “Like” buttons. The following link has an overview of the Facebook plug-ins: http://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/.
When our pages are visited, the plug-in establishes a direct connection between the visitor’s browser and facebook servers. Facebook as a result receives information that our visitors visited our website with their IP address. If the Facebook “Like” button is clicked while a user is at the same time logged into his Facebook account, the contents of our pages can be linked on the corresponding Facebook profile. As a result, Facebook can associate the visit to our pages with the particular user account. Please note that we as the operator of our pages do not obtain knowledge about the contents of transmitted data and their use by Facebook. More information about this can be found in the data protection declaration by Facebook: http://de-de.facebook.com/policy.php.
If you do not wish that Facebook can associate a visit to our pages to the particular Facebook user account, we recommend first logging out from the Facebook user account.

Any affected person has the right for information, the right for correction, the right for deletion, the right for restricted processing, and the right for data transmissibility. There is also a right to file a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The terms and conditions of the GDPR are definitive. In addition to potential sovereign restrictions, the restrictions pursuant to Sections 34 and 35 BDSG apply in particular as it relates to the information right and the deletion right,
